What we collect
The only information this website collects directly from you is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, work email address, organization, role, how many leaders are involved, and whatever you write in the message field. This site does not use cookies for advertising, and it does not run any advertising tracking pixels.
What happens to it
When you submit the contact form, the information is emailed to Ron at LML Consulting and stored on our server so we can find and respond to your message. It is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to begin that work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with any third party for their own marketing.
We also record the sending IP address and a short time stamp with each submission. This is used only to filter automated spam, never to profile visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where an engagement begins, for the life of that relationship and a reasonable period afterward for our own records. If you ask us to delete your information and no engagement or legal reason requires us to keep it, we will.
Analytics
This site may use basic, privacy respecting analytics to understand which pages are read, such as page views and referring source. This does not identify you personally and is not linked to anything you submit through the contact form.
Requesting your information or its deletion
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email ron@lml-consulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. We do not notify visitors individually of routine wording changes.
