About
A new practice, built around a method rather than a personality
LML Consulting is an executive coaching and leadership development practice working with senior leaders and the teams around them. It is a new firm. What follows describes how the practice works, plainly, without borrowing credibility it has not yet earned.
What LML Consulting is
LML works with chief executives and founders, managing partners and practice leaders, chief people officers and heads of talent, and newly promoted senior leaders. The work covers five services: executive coaching, leadership development, leadership team effectiveness, leadership assessment, and organizational development, each described in full on the services page.
This is a practice, not a brokerage. There is no roster of associates you are introduced to after signing. The person you speak with in the first conversation is the person who does the work.
LML Consulting is a new firm. That is stated here plainly rather than disguised with invented history, because a founding date or a client list that is not real would undermine the one thing this kind of work depends on, which is trust.
How we work
Most leadership work fails in the first two weeks, before any coaching happens, because nobody agreed what was actually wrong. This is the sequence every LML engagement follows.
Read
Understand the situation before proposing anything.
Frame
Agree what changes, and how you will know.
Work
The coaching or development itself, on a fixed cadence.
Prove
Check against the measure set in Frame.
Who leads this practice
This is Ron's practice. His full biography, credentials, and career history are being finalized and verified before they are published here, because an inflated bio is worse than an honest gap.
What is already true and checkable is the method described above: every stage runs exactly as written, with nothing added for effect.
What we will not do
- Invent a client list, a logo wall, or a testimonial before one is real and permitted.
- Hand you to an associate after the first conversation. The person you meet is the person who does the work.
- Bill by the hour, or leave a scope vague enough that it can grow on its own.
- Publish a result, a statistic, or a case study that has not actually been verified.
- Call an engagement finished without a scheduled return to check whether anything held.
Start with a conversation, not a proposal
Thirty minutes, confidential, no charge. You describe the situation, and we say honestly whether this is the right kind of help.
